PROJECT: RAFI CRICKET STADIUM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
§  Planning & monitoring of overall project activities and progress and to ensure the work being executed as per baseline schedule.
§  Assigning the task to subordinates and subcontractors. Managing and arrangement of manpower and equipment resources.
§  Overall Coordination with MEP Contractors & Consultants to ensure smooth flow of work at site and to avoid any rework.
§  Monitoring and maintaining the Daily and Monthly Progress Reports. Prepare delay analysis report in case of time over-run due to different reasons along with the recovery schedule.
§  Attending Progress Review meetings and give presentation to all the stake holders.
§  Resolving the technical issues with Structural, Architectural and MEP Consultants in a timely manner that are creating obstruction in executing the site activities.
§  Coordination with MEP Contractors for proper execution of structural and finishing works.
§  Planning and strategizing the site execution activities, man power and material resources.
§  Planning, monitoring and necessary follow-up for the procurement schedule of material.
§  Coordination with Consultants & Client regarding approval of shop drawings and material submittals.
§  Coordination with Subcontractors to monitor their work progress and ensure sufficient deployment of their manpower & material resources.
§  Review of BOQ, specifications and drawings and to ensure the work being executed accordingly at site.
§  To ensure all the activities being executed within the control budget.
§  Reconciliation of material. To control the manpower, equipment and material wastage.
§  To ensure the implementation of QA/QC at site by implementation of necessary concrete cylinders tests and steel test etc.
§  To ensure proper safety being implemented at site.

PROJECT: BAHRIA HOSHANG PEARL TOWER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
§  Planning & monitoring of overall project activities in coordination with Site Project Manager.
§  Overall Coordination with MEP Contractors & Consultants to ensure smooth flow of work at site.
§  Monitoring and maintaining the Daily and Monthly Progress Reports, Delay Analysis Report and present it to Project Director.
§  Attending High level meetings with stake holders.
§  Resolving the technical issues creating obstruction in executing the site activities.
§  Coordination with MEP Contractors for proper execution of structural and finishing works.

§  Coordination with Consultants & Client regarding approval of shop drawings and material submittals.

PROJECT: UBL HEAD OFFICE BUILDING
RESPONSIBILITIES:
§  Planning & monitoring of overall project activities in coordination with Site Project Manager.
§  Monitoring and maintaining the Daily and Monthly Progress Reports, Delay Analysis Report and present it to Project Director.
§  Attending High level meetings with stake holders.
§  Resolving the technical issues creating obstruction in executing the site activities.
§  Coordination with MEP Contractors for proper execution of structural and finishing works.
§  Planning and strategizing the site execution activities, man power and material resources.
§  Planning and monitoring the procurement schedule of material.
§  Inspection & Monitoring the pilling, dewatering, shoring works, water proofing, structural & finishing works implemented at site.
§  To prepare technical queries and evaluate discrepancies in coordination with Project Manager & Construction Manager from Structural & Architectural drawings and submitting it to Project Management Department in order to get solution.
§  Coordination with Structural Engineer, Project Manager & Architect and MEP Contractors in executing site activities.

PROJECT: LUCKY ONE SHOPPING MALL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
§  Monitoring and maintaining the Daily and Monthly Progress Reports, Delay Analysis Report and present it to Project Director.
§  Attending High level meetings with stake holders and maintaining and sending the meeting minutes and agenda to stake holders and consultants.
§  Inspection of steel and formwork before pouring of any structural element and ensuring the preparation of concrete as per specified mix design.
§  Study of Drawings, BOQ and Specifications and ensuring the implementation of construction activities accordingly.
§  Estimation of total quantities (steel, formwork and concrete).
§  Coordination with the Construction Manager in preparation of formwork design.
§  Coordination with the Construction Manager in designing and erection of Tower Crane.
§  To prepare technical queries and evaluate discrepancies in coordination with P.M & C.M from Structural & Architectural drawings and submitting it to Project Management Department.
To generate and maintain the record of Work Inspection Request as per approved construction drawings and submitting it to Project Management Department.  

PROJECT: AISHA STEEL MILL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
§  Full time involvement in site execution activities.
§  Supervision of excavation, foundation and column layout activities and pouring of structural elements.
§  Monitoring of material and man power wastage and quality control work.
§  Coordination with client regarding drawing and design related quarries.
§  Preparation of bar bending schedule.
§  Inspection of steel and formwork before concrete and ensuring the preparation of concrete as per specified mix design.
§  Maintaining the record of drawings issued for construction.
§  Maintaining the record of Daily Progress Report.
§  Reconciliation of material (Cement, Sand, Crush and Steel).
